This EAB (Elasticated Adhesive Bandage) tape provides flexible support to weak or injured body parts, while allowing joint mobility, so it won't hinder your performance. It is a great "in between" option for taping non-load bearing joints, when you don't wish to completely immobilize the joint.

This tape can be used for compression of soft tissue, as a fixing tape for dressings, or to tape line out wedge grip supporters to jumpers if you want a heavier duty option than Lite EAB (CANNOT be torn by hand.  Requires scissors to cut).
