At World Rugby Shop, we want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your gear. If your order isn't the right fit, you can return or exchange any non-customized items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase.

• 2.
  Package Your Gear

  Place the unworn items with original tags attached back into the shipping box or a similar secure mailer.

• 3.
  Print & Attach Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off & Track

  Take your package to the nearest authorized carrier location; your refund or exchange will be processed once the items are inspected at our warehouse.
