Mueller® Tear-Light® Tape boasts a superior adhesive and excellent conformability. This easy-to-tear elastic adhesive (can be torn by hand) is perfect for securing lifting blocks in the lineout and is what you seen worn in professional and top flight rugby.  It provides great security, but also flexibility so it won't constrict like standard athletic tape while running. 

Even if you are not a lineout jumper, this tape is excellent for offering flexible support for weak or injured body parts without completely constricting the joint like standard athletic tape.  It is a much better option for bracing a joint without killing range of motion.
